Aïcha Haïdara

Seed Funding Manager

Aïcha Haïdara is Zira Capital’s Seed Manager.

She graduated from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas in Economics and Management, from the Weller International Business School in Business Development and from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion de Paris in Corporate Finance. Before joining I&P, Aïcha was a Credit Analyst and then Head of the Credit Analysis Department at Banque Atlantique Mali where she worked for 4 years.

In addition, Aïcha worked at the Société de Financement Local in Paris where she was part of the Financial Engineering department in charge of restructuring the debt of French local authorities. She also did her internship at S.O Capital Advice, a private equity firm in Paris.

Djènèba Camara

Office Manager

Djènèba Camara is the Office Manager.

She holds a Master 2 in Accountability, Control and Audit (CCA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of Tunis. She worked as an accounting assistant at the accounting firm CECIS and at the tax consulting firm Abdel Kader SAMAKE.

Mohamed Keita

Co-founder and CEO

Mohamed Keita is the co-founder and CEO of Zira Capital.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management, Audit and Management Control from the Institut de Commerce et de Gestion de Paris (ICOGES Group) and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from HEC Paris. He worked in tax and financial consulting for several years before co-founding several companies, including Impact Hub Bamako, a leading business incubator specialized in the creation, support and funding of SMEs.

Moïse Samaké

Investment Officer

Moïse Samaké is an Investment Officer and joined Zira Capital in August 2021.

Moïse Samaké holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Accounting and Financial Techniques from Technolab ISTA and a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Auditing from IGLAM. Previously, he worked as a corporate account manager for the COFINA group, SME/SMI loan officer and agricultural credit officer for the Nyèsigiso savings and loan network, financial intermediary and private customer advisor for the Banque Nationale de Développement Agricole (BNDA).

Moussa Fofana

Chargé de projet Amorçage

Moussa Fofana a rejoint l’équipe en 2022 en tant que chargé d’Amorçage.

Il est titulaire d’un Master 1 en management et stratégie d’entreprise obtenu à l’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion (ESSEG) de Tanger et d’un Master1 & 2 en Banque/Finance de l’école des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Maroc). Avant de rejoindre la famille I&P, Moussa a travaillé au sein de plusieurs institutions financières telles que la Bank of Africa Mali, la Banque Atlantique Mali et Ecobank Mali.
