Djènèba Camara is the Office Manager.

She holds a Master 2 in Accountability, Control and Audit (CCA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of Tunis. She worked as an accounting assistant at the accounting firm CECIS and at the tax consulting firm Abdel Kader SAMAKE.

Kony Diarra joined Zira Capital in January 2023 as an analyst, before being promoted to Investment Officer in July 2024.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management, obtained in July 2022 from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion in Kenitra, Morocco.

Kony has developed technical and cross-disciplinary skills in finance and accounting, notably in Excel-based financial modeling, strategic diagnostics, financial engineering and structuring, corporate restructuring, quality auditing of financial statements and corporate taxation. On the strength of these skills and his experience, Kony is ready to meet the challenges of Malian SMEs and bring them added value.

Mohamed Keita is the co-founder and CEO of Zira Capital.

Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management, Audit and Management Control from the Institut de Commerce et de Gestion de Paris (ICOGES Group) and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from HEC Paris. He worked in tax and financial consulting for several years before co-founding several companies, including Impact Hub Bamako, a leading business incubator specialized in the creation, support and funding of SMEs.

Moussa Fofana a rejoint l’équipe en 2022 en tant que chargé d’Amorçage.

Il est titulaire d’un Master 1 en management et stratégie d’entreprise obtenu à l’Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion (ESSEG) de Tanger et d’un Master1 & 2 en Banque/Finance de l’école des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Maroc). Avant de rejoindre la famille I&P, Moussa a travaillé au sein de plusieurs institutions financières telles que la Bank of Africa Mali, la Banque Atlantique Mali et Ecobank Mali.
